About Belinda

My name is Belinda, and I am from a small town in West Texas where everyone is mainly in the oil and gas business.  I am a mom to 3 beautiful kids, an IVF warrior thanks endometriosis 😬, and a self-proclaimed boss babe.

You all know I LOVE fashion and travel.  I love my high-end staple pieces (shoes and purses), but there’s nothing like a good sale or an Amazon find I’ll ever pass up.

We are always on the go, literally. We spend most of our weekends on the road, typically following my husband’s hobby, racing horses. If I plan a trip around me, you’ll catch me at any good beach with a Paloma in one hand chasing a toddler with sunscreen in the other.

BUT  did all of you know that I also love anything to do with entrepreneurship? I worked for my brothers since the age of 14, learning as I went. I didn’t understand it then, but now, I am beyond thankful for the expectations they had of me.  They have dabbled in a little of everything from real estate to loan offices to boutiques. They took me along for the ride, teaching me the ropes.

Andy and I married in ‘08 and lost our first home when the economy crashed in ‘09. We lived paycheck to paycheck, battled infertility, fought through becoming a blended family, plus so much more. We continued to push through. Trusting in God each step of the way. Now Andy and his brother own an oilfield company, and I manage it for them. I’m not an expert by any means, but I have a great team and an AMAZING bookkeeper that guides me anytime I need it.

Now, my true passion real estate. I studied to become a realtor at 18. I never passed the state exam 😭, (somehow, I passed the state exam for insurance, though), and something I want to consider returning to, but in the meantime, my focus is on purchasing and selling our investments.

My life has been crazy busy these last six months, and it’s not what I thought it would be while my children were so small, but I have a great tribe, and the hustle must go on.

I get asked how I do it all every once in a while by close friends. The secret is tons and tons of good Nespresso coffee, my parents behind me, a husband who pushes me to be the best he knows I can be, hugs from my children but most importantly knowing that if I fall, God will pick me up. That I am His child and that I have been fearfully and wonderfully made in his image.

I hope you follow along, whether it’s to find the cutest outfit inspiration, find the hottest vacation spot, watch me grow my business, or if only to root me on in life.

Meet My Family

My family is my pride and joy. My children are my safe space in life and what I always dreamed of.

Andy is the head of our home; he is a hustler by nature. He pushes us all to better ourselves daily. When I met Andy in 2006, I knew he was the one immediately by seeing his passion for his family and seeing his work ethic. When I met him, Andy was a rig/structural welder and transitioned into pipelining after we were married. He has been the dad figure for his brothers for such a long time that they naturally became an extension of our family. In 2014 he came to me and said he wanted to open his own company with his brother at his side. We immediately began to make plans, and the company started with them working from sun up to sundown. Eight years later, we employ many people and are able to give back to our community.

Alexi Janel, oh that girl. She is our strong-willed oldest child. Alexi is my bonus daughter, but I see her as if she was my flesh and blood. She came to live with us six months after we were married, so basically, she and I grew up together. We have had a whirlwind of a relationship, but I can genuinely say she has become my best friend. Except when she is in my closet stealing my clothes! Haha!

Avery Bryce- Avery is my gentle-spirited, big-hearted son. I prayed for him for years. You see, I have endometriosis, and it prevented me from conceiving. Once we figured out all that (8 years later), we did IVF and were blessed with him. He has the sweetest heart you'll ever come across. He loves golf, basketball, and dinosaurs. He prays for our home before every meal and before bedtime each night. He has a heart for the Lord, as I've never seen before in a child his age.

Ayla Brielle- Ayla is our baby. She is my twin in everything; she looks like I did at her age, and her sass is identical to mine. She knows what she wants and will stand her ground until she gets it. Despite all that, she loves hard, especially her bubba. Her personality is evolving every day, and I can wait to see what she has to offer to this world.
